REMEMBER TO CHEW YOUR FOOD THOROUGHLY!!!
- Drink plenty of room temperature WATER ( essentially between meals: stop 10 min before it & wait 1h after the meal, not to dilute too much the digestive enzymes).
- Eat raw or lightly steamed vegetables. Greens juices and soups are often easy to digest...

- Eat white fish or salmon for protein.

- Do not mix fruits & vegetables ( fruits should be better eaten alone to avoid fermentation and gas) and eat them at least one hour apart.
- Avoid broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, bananas (gas producing foods).

- NO meat, chicken or dairy (eggs, cheese, milk etc.)
- NO white flour or sugar (no pasta, white rice or white bread etc.)
- NO soda or coffee. That will have the opposite effect and dehydrate you!


AVOID drinking or eating 2 HOURS before your appointment. You will feel more comfortable receiving an abdominal massage with an empty stomach.



Beside the above recommendations:

♡ Relax, maintain a positive attitude.
♡ Adopt good sleeping habits.
♡ Exercise.
♡ Add trampoline and dry skin brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system.
